Luis and Christian were fantastic! They were professional from start to finish and made sure my HVAC system was installed properly. They also ensured the necessary part in the furnace was completed and working correctly. They took their time, explained everything clearly, and cleaned up thoroughly before leaving. I truly appreciate their attention to detail and would highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC services.

Mr. Ven and his fine crew of HVAC technicians are both fast and efficient in both the removal of old HVAC units as well as the installation of new state-of-the-art HVAC systems. I was very impressed and pleased that Ninth District (Hartwell Office) contracted my HVAC installation with a company like RESAIR who have great work ethics and I have to admit that not once did I fell like they didn't know what they were doing. Luis and company provide excellent service, explains things which is nice for those who want to know. Prices have gone way up, but thats mostly driven by new refrigerant, higher SEER ratings, and all the global turmoil and oil prices. The price was the only difficult part of the process. Would recommend Res Air and will be contacting them for HVAC needs.

Res Air provided an exceptional experience from scheduling to the technician’s visit. Last week, the temperature dropped significantly, prompting me to schedule a service call with Luis. He arrived promptly and thoroughly inspected my system. Luis demonstrated his expertise by taking numerous pictures and explaining each component and its function. He assured me that the system was well-maintained and that the issue was a simple blown fuse caused by a loose wire. Over time, the wire must have become loose, leading to the fuse popping. I was fortunate to have Luis as my technician; his knowledge and attention to detail made the entire process seamless. I highly recommend Res Air for any HVAC needs you may have.
